If a Biknu subscription does not meet your documented requirements, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of subscription activation. After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Send a written request with your account email, subscription details, activation date, and reason for the request to [email protected]. We may ask for additional information to review eligibility.
Payment gateway or transaction fees are not refundable. This policy applies only to Biknu subscription fees and does not cover a merchant's customer orders, products, delivery charges, or other merchant expenses.
