2. Account Registration

3. Acceptable Use

Use Biknu only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful activity
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the Services

4. Intellectual Property

Biknu and its licensors own the content, trademarks, graphics, software, and code associated with the Services. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Services without written permission.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some Biknu features may require a paid subscription. Fees are stated in NPR and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or subscription terms by providing reasonable prior notice.

6. Third-Party Services

Biknu may connect with third-party tools, APIs, payment providers, or platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, functionality, security, or privacy practices.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create a security risk, or expose Biknu to legal liability. When access ends, your right to use the Services stops immediately. Any provisions that should reasonably continue will remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biknu disclaims express and implied warranties. Biknu is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Biknu, its affiliates, and their employees from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services or legal requirements. Updates become effective when posted. Continuing to use Biknu after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
